Consent to personal data processing

1. Who gives consent and to whom

By ticking the consent box in the trial lesson request form on the Lettersail online school website, a parent or legal guardian of the child freely, of their own will and in the interests of the child gives consent to the Controller, the Lettersail online school (contact: info@lettersail.jimagie.com), to the processing of personal data under the terms of this document and the Privacy policy.

2. What data

• name;
• phone number;
• child's age;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information.

3. Purposes of processing

• contacting the user to book a trial lesson;
• agreeing a convenient lesson time;
• choosing a group by the child's age and level.

4. Permitted actions with the data

Collection, recording, storage, use for contact, passing to contractors to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website and message delivery, deletion.

5. Period of validity

12 months from the date the request is submitted, or until consent is withdrawn if that happens earlier.

6. Withdrawal of consent

To withdraw consent it is enough to write to info@lettersail.jimagie.com asking for the data to be deleted. After withdrawal the data is deleted unless there is another lawful basis to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Proof of consent

When the form is submitted, the date and time, the consent mark, the version of this text and the page of submission are stored.
